SKILKFUL COMMUNICATION SERIES – PART 2
BUSINESS CASE:
Most of the conversations we have within our team revolves around the challenges faced. The interaction is very transactional and most people are bogged down in the specifics of the challenges. One can hear statements like “This is difficult”; “This is what is not needed” “He does not have the time?” and so on. So how are people responding to the statements. The way one responds will define the outcome of the interaction
It is imperative that as a conversationalist, we need to be aware of the outcomes of the conversation and not get bogged down in the problems. The challenges is to uncover story behind the conversation by chunking up on the conversation by asking artfully vague questions that will help clients to understand on what they want out of the challenges faced by them
